Libby (NH Overdrive)Libby offers access to digital ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines.
NewsBankNews and information from reliable news sources spanning the U.S., including the Nashua Telegraph and the NH Union Leader.

The Hollis Social Library offers downloadable ebooks, audiobooks and magazines in cooperation with other New Hampshire public libraries through the NH Downloadable Book Consortium. This consortium is curated and funded by the New Hampshire State Library.

Libby App:

Libby, By Overdrive Labs is an easy to use, intuitive interface that allows you to borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines for FREE from your Library.

Borrowing Info:

  • You can have 3 items checked out at one time.
  • You can have 5 holds at one time.
  • You can return a title early. You do not have to wait for it to expire.
  • You can renew an item if no one is waiting for it.
  • eBooks & audiobooks function the same as a physical item. The electronic license, for an item, can only be out to one device at a time. Because of this you may encounter wait lists for items.

Things To Know:

  • To use Libby, your Library Account must be current and in good standing without any overdue items or fees.
  • You will need a PIN to access Libby. Your Libby PIN is the same as your Library Account Password.
  • Don’t know your Library Password? Reset it here using the “forgot your password” option.

The Hollis Social Library offers a subscription to a digital newspaper collection from NewsBank. This fully searchable collection provides online access to the complete electronic editions of the Nashua Telegraph and NH Union Leader newspapers, as well as 3,000+ publications. It is updated daily.
